The class will be in Dutch or English. You join from your own space and follow the class online. You will receive a Zoom link for the 75-minute class. Hridaya Hatha Yoga – the heart of the practice This style combines classical Hatha with a meditative approach. We hold postures for a longer time, allowing you to build both physical strength and flexibility while deeply feeling the effects of each pose. Hridaya Hatha Yoga works on the muscles, organs, and energy pathways, guiding you from movement into stillness. This is yoga in its purest form: a journey inward, into the heart. Yin Yoga – softening and surrendering Yin Yoga invites you to fully surrender into each posture, giving the connective tissues space to release and soften. This practice enhances mobility and teaches you to be comfortable in discomfort. By stimulating the meridians, it allows your life energy (Chi) to flow more freely—something you can feel in the moments of stillness after each pose. Yoga Nidra – deep relaxation and clarity Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra guides you into a profound state of relaxation. Lying down comfortably, you follow my voice as your brain activity slows down. This deeply calms your nervous system and energy fields, bringing you into a meditative state where stress dissolves and mental clarity arises. I can’t wait to go on this journey with you!
