With love, cheerful calmness, enthusiasm, compassion and patience I give yoga classes, reiki treatments, retreats and cacao bliss ceremonies. I am happy to help you break free from your daily routine, look at yourself and gain beautiful insights.
During my sessions I look at your body and needs, because everyone is different. I make sure that the sessions are tailored to you. This is experienced as very pleasant!
